Sounds bizarre. But CSMMU Teachers’ Association now wants implementation of time-bound promotions for teachers as per the Tikku Commission report, even if it means slashing their present status. Interestingly, the same lot of teachers had few months back launched a massive campaign for salary hike and to get apex institution status.
